Rental Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable rental experience with Enterprise Golf Cart Rentals, please review our rental policy:

1. Age and License Requirement:
   To rent one of our golf carts, you must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license. Please carry your driver’s license with you at all times while operating the golf cart.
2. Online Payment:
   The full rental amount must be paid online on the day of booking to confirm and secure your reservation.
3. Fuel Policy:
   All golf carts are provided with a full tank of gas at the time of rental. We kindly request that you return the golf cart with the same amount of gas.
4. Cancellation Policy:
   In the event of a cancellation, a 50% refund will be provided until the arrival day. However, please note that no refund will be given on the arrival day.
5. Responsible Driving:
   To ensure your safety and the safety of others while driving in Ambergris Caye, we have a few guidelines:
   * Do not drive the golf cart while under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substances.
   * Avoid parking within 30 feet or less from street corners.
   * Respect “No Parking” areas marked by a red line on the street sides.
   * For our 4-seater golf carts, the maximum number of passengers allowed is 4 persons. For 6-seater carts, the maximum is 6 persons.
6. Streets in San Pedro Town:
   In San Pedro Town, there are specific regulations regarding the main streets:
   * Barrier Reef Drive (Front Street) is one-way only (north) with parking available on the right side only.
   * Central Park street block is completely closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 6 pm to 6 am, respectively.
   * Pescador Drive (Middle Street) is one-way only (south) with parking available on the right side only.
   * Angel Coral Street (Back Street) is a two-way street with parking available on the east side only.
7. Taxi Parking Zones:
   Please note that taxi parking zones are exclusive for taxi cabs. Parking at these zones is considered a ticket-able offense.
